Justice & Rule of Law:
the record on its merits.

Statements about immigration enforcement, the Department of Justice, federal investigations, named federal judges, mass deportation operations to El Salvador's CECOT facility, and the Trump administration's own intelligence assessments contradicting public framing. Sourced to PolitiFact, FactCheck.org, ProPublica, the Texas Tribune, and federal court rulings. Every entry links to its own citable evidence page with the full sourcing.

About the tiers. Tier A entries are statements where the documentary record contradicts the claim unambiguously: data published by a federal agency, a court ruling, a peer-reviewed scientific finding, or the speaker's own prior on-record statement. Tier B entries are statements that are misleading by significant framing, omission of context, or use of a non-standard methodology not disclosed to the audience. The distinction matters for the editorial defense of each entry. We publish both.
