1. Agreement to these terms

Welcome to trexit.org ("Trexit," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Trexit is

Trexit is an independent, personal project that documents public statements and invites visitors to make a voluntary personal pledge related to the November 2026 election. The site is provided for informational and civic-engagement purposes.

The pledge is a voluntary, personal, non-binding commitment. It is not a contract, and it creates no legal obligation on you or on us. It is a statement of personal intent, nothing more.

3. Not affiliated; personal political expression

Trexit reflects the personal views and opinions of its author. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or coordinated with any employer, candidate, campaign, political party, political committee, or organization. Nothing on this site is authorized by any candidate or any candidate's committee.

4. Eligibility

The pledge is intended for eligible United States voters who are 18 or older. By taking the pledge, you represent that you meet these criteria. The site is intended for adults.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

We may block, remove, or refuse any submission, and restrict access, to protect the site and its users.

6. Content, sourcing, and opinions

The fact-checks and statements on this site are compiled from publicly available sources, which are cited. We strive for accuracy and to source our claims. However:

If you believe something is inaccurate, please contact us. We welcome corrections.

7. Your submissions

When you submit information (a pledge or a message), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the site. You grant us permission to use your submission to operate the site. For example, we may record your pledge, respond to you, and maintain aggregate pledge counts. We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
