Withdrawn entry
This entry was withdrawn from the Record on September 28, 2026. Reason: Withdrawn: both governments confirmed they had agreed to the three-day ceasefire and prisoner exchange he announced, so the statement is substantially accurate. It stays here so existing links still work.
